This self contained holiday apartment is located on the edge of the National Trust village of Luccombe, situated within Exmoor National Park at the foot of Dunkery Hill. Set over the first floor of an attractive grade II listed coach house, this flat is well positioned within eight acres of spacious, secluded grounds. The apartment itself offers high quality, well-equipped accommodation with great views from every window. There is also a private outdoor area as well as a children's play area with swings. The surrounding grounds are a haven for wildlife and red deer have been known to venture to the edge of the estate.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The owners were lovely people, who made a real effort to make us feel welcome. We received home made scones and bread upon arrival! We also loved the fact that the apartment backs right on to the Holnicote estate, so we were just metres from the beautiful moors, with fabulous views, deer and wild ponies. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and watch the grouse and pheasants running across the garden and the pink sheep wandering the fields (pink because of the mud!).
