Located close to the border between Somerset and Devon, this property offers open-plan living accommodation on one level, as well as high beamed ceilings, traditional slate floors, an Aga-style cooker and a wood-burning stove. The property is only able to sleep two people, making it a wonderful romantic retreat or as an excellent self-catering alternative for a walker. Situated close to all local amenities and activities, this cottage is a perfect place to spend a holiday.

Electric underfloor heating with additional heating from electric convector heaters and woodburner in sitting area. Electric Aga style oven with hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, colour TV, DVD. Small library of books/games/DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Enclosed lawned garden with patio area and garden furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome at charge of £10 per week (must be kept on lead at all times). Sorry no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 10 mins walk.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
