A large 6 bedroomed house situated on the Somerset coast with private access to the miles of golden beaches at Brean Sands. Sleeping 12/14 Beach House is ideal for large families and groups with pets allowed and even a place for the horse and pony!

Situated close to Brean and Burnham on Sea, Beach House Holiday Cottage is an ideal getaway for that family beach holiday with scenic uninterrupted views across the Bristol Channel to the Welsh coast, the Quantocks and the North Devon coastline. The area is famed for its beautiful sunsets and the wonderful National Trust owned Brean Down, but there are also lots of places of interest to visit in Somerset to keep all ages entertained, including Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge.
 
Accommodation
This very spacious property has bags of room for two families and grandparents. There are 6 bedrooms, 2 en-suite, 3 twin ,and one three bedded room on the upper floor with the two master bedrooms both have lovely views.
A family bathroom on both floors and a shower room downstairs. The kitchen is well fitted with large Whirlpool fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, electric cooker, breakfast area with pine dresser and large family pine table. There is a well-equipped laundry with butler sink, Hotpoint washing machine and large drier.

The large lounge dining room on the ground floor has an open fire, TV, and is comfortably furnished with lovely views overlooking the beach and there is also a spacious family lounge upstairs with TV, DVD and children's area with pool table and a computer for games. This also has stunning views over the Welsh coast and Brean Down. Both this room and the upstairs master bedroom have doors opening onto a balcony, which runs along the front of the property.

The private garden overlooks the beach, with a small patio area and barbecue. There is a gate to the children's adventure play area and the beach and access to the Ocean Lodge HP's swimming pool where you can relax on comfortable loungers and enjoy the stunning views across the bay, while the children enjoy themselves.

Pets
Pets are welcome for a small extra charge. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are allowed but must be under strict supervision. They can be exercised on the lovely beach but we ask that all fouling is bagged and disposed of to keep the beach clean and pleasant for all to enjoy.
 
Stabling
A rare opportunity to bring your horse on holiday and enjoy riding on the five miles of beach, paddle in the sea, and explore the bridleways in the area. There is a ¼ acre sand paddock with stabling for 3-4 horses/ponies, with direct access to the beach just a few yards from the house. Electricity, water and hay are inclusive. Amenities
Beach House is in a unique position with it's views, direct access to the beach, close proximity to local shops, entertainment, the Brean Leisure Centre, golfing, horse-riding, fishing and sailing facilities. No need to get the car out unless you want to explore the surrounding area, including Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves, Wells and the Mendip and Quantock Hills. It is the ideal location for a family holiday, with something to suit every member of the family.

Short breaks are for 3 days from Friday to Monday or 4 days from Monday to Friday.
 
Dogs are charged at £30 per dog per week or £10 per dog per day for short breaks
 
Horses/ponies are charged at £80 per week per horse or £20 per day for short breaks.
